3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may not share your account with others
- You must provide accurate and current information
3.2 Guest Access
Guest users have limited access and see obfuscated location data to protect privacy and encourage community membership.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Violate any local laws regarding wood collection or trespassing
- Scrape, data mine, or automatically collect user information
- Attempt to circumvent security features
5. Listings and Content
5.1 Your Responsibilities
- Accuracy: Ensure listings are accurate and current
- Photos: Only upload photos you have rights to use
- Location: Provide accurate location information
- Availability: Update or remove listings when wood is no longer available
- Property Rights: Only list wood you have authority to share or sell
5.2 License Grant
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 No Liability for User Interactions
We are not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or legality of wood
- Accuracy of listings or user representations
- Disputes between users
- Personal injury or property damage during collection
- Trespassing or illegal activity by users
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itomic Digital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
- Remove listings or content at our discretion
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itomic Digital Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
